Comments: I ran a 45/20 tempo run today—15 minutes easy, 20 minutes hard, 10 minutes easy. I had a few twinges in my hamstring, and my legs felt a little heavy, but for the most part it was a good workout. My resting pulse is still coming down. It was under 50 beats per minute for the first time in more than a year.
