Comments: I ran 10 minutes easy, 15 minutes hard, 5 minutes easy—a 30/15 Tempo Run. My shins gave me some trouble, as I've come to expect on pavement. My feet felt like they were flopping wildly with every step I take. I could only hope my plan to run on pavement more frequently helps my shin woes instead of making them worse.
