Comments: Since this is a competition week, my hard workouts aren't as intense as usual. I ran 6 x 400 with a 400 meter jog between intervals, a 1.5 mile warm-up, and a 1.5 mile cool-down. My 400 splits were: 74, 77, 76, 73, 70, and 68. As usual, a bit faster than necessary. I can't seem to hold back much when I'm on a track.
