Comments: Today was supposed to be the first day of my take-no-prisoners, no-holds-barred training push. Well, that didn't happen. I plopped down to rest for a second after work, and the next thing I knew it was seven o'clock. I was too groggy and grumpy to do much of anything, so I wrote off the day as yet another loss.
