Comments: Today was a planned rest day—no workout.
After yesterday's race, Angie and I headed up to Jake's cabin on Useless Bay for a get-away with some friends. I played a little bit of beach golf, drank a little Scotch, and played a little
Munchkin. In the process, I sunburned the top of my feet. I guess that's what I get for not wearing shoes. I hope this doesn't mess up my workouts.
