Comments: I ran a 1.5-mile warm-up, 4 x half-mile at 90 seconds hard and jog the rest, followed by a 1.5-mile cool-down. I felt pretty good, once I got warmed-up. I felt slow and sluggish until then.
I watched the NFL opener tonight. I really need to start cutting back on how much sports I watch on TV. I'm starting to spend way too much time plopped in front of the boob tube.
