Monday, November 14th Resting Pulse: Not Recorded Weight: 164 lbs. Course: None Distance: Zero Time: N/A Other Exercises: None Weather: N/A Comments: Today was a planned rest day—no workout. I had a little trouble with my truck at the grocery store. It wouldn't start. I tried to jumpstart it, but that wasn't working either. Finally, this guy came over to help me out. He noticed that the positive post on the battery was really corroded. He cleaned it off for me, and the truck started fine afterward. I'm generally embarrassed about how little I know about cars, and I might have had my truck towed for what turned out to be an easy fix. Thank goodness for that guy. |
