Comments: I ran an easy four miles this morning. I had a little bit of soreness left over from Sunday's race, but it didn't hamper me as much as I thought it would. I saw a beautiful sunrise, one of the rewards of running early in the morning.

I took over two hundred photos at the orienteering meet on Saturday, and I finally got around to going through them. The vast majority of them came out blurry. It was so dark in the woods that I was shooting between 1/15th and 1/20th of a second. Most people were moving quickly enough that their motion turned to blur. So, I'm not trying to be arty, it's just the way most of the photos turned out.
