I didn't go to work today. Instead, I took a crack at being a stay-at-home parent. Things went well. I managed to squeeze in a brief run after Angie came home from work. I had planned to push the Little Dude in the jogging stroller, but it got late quickly. Once Angie got home, it was faster and easier just to go by myself. The weather was gorgeous. I ran my workout in a T-shirt for the first time this year.
